• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
• Opened or used tea and consumable products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
• Sale and promotional items are final sale and non-refundable
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
